H&C Solutions is offering a Chef de Partie position at one of London's well-known restaurants. This restaurant has earned a Michelin star, which it has maintained for the past twelve months. The role involves working with top-quality seasonal produce from Britain and combining these ingredients with spices from around the world.

Chef de Partie Pastry benefits:

  • Offering a competitive salary ranging between £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
  • You will work 4 days per week and have 3 days off 48 hours per week.
  • The restaurant closes on Sunday & Mondays.
  • A maximum of 35 covers per service Tasting Menus.

Chef de Partie Pastry requirements:

  • A Chef de Partie Pastry with a proven employment history working in fine dining restaurants.
  • The ideal Chef de Partie Pastry will have experience in both prep/plating for tasting menus.
  • All candidates should be self-motivated, career driven as well as been a great team player.
  • A Chef de Partie Pastry who has previously worked in Michelin starred restaurants would be ideal but not essential.
