Colicci are looking to hire a full time knowledgeable Chef De Partie. This person must have strong cooking experience, ability to lead and direct a team. A sense of maturity in cooking and prepping.
Role is based at Roehampton Café - Richmond. You will work amongst a dedicated kitchen team, reporting to the Head chef on site.
You will have a passion in cooking and prepping food that looks and tastes delicious. With a keen eye for Health and Safety in the kitchen and cleanliness. A true professional!
Duties:
- Cooking, prepping and service
- Following a clear menu
- Food presentation and quality management
- Knowledge of Health and Safety in kitchen area and appliances
Person Specification:
- 2-3 years chef experience
- Cool headed and strong in multitasking
- Health and Safety certification - Level 2/Level 3
- Management/ delegation experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50 - £13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 35 42 per week
