Contract type: Permanent, full time, 22.30 latest finishing time, 40 hours.
We are seeking passionate and talented Chef de Parties to join the back-of-house team at our esteemed Terra restaurant, which is set to be relaunched in October in collaboration with renowned Master Chef Carlo Cracco.
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests by demonstrating your exceptional culinary skills, commitment to quality, and passion for the Italian cuisine.

- At least 2 years of experience at a Chef de Partie level or equivalent in high-volume kitchens.
- Knowledge of fresh pasta making is beneficial but we will teach you how to use our equipment and make fresh handmade pasta from scratch!
- Ability to cook to specs and brand standards
- A passion for food and beverage and the Italian culture
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
- Fluent in English
- Right to work in the UK
