Location: Victoria/Pimlico
Hours: 7 day operation - 06:00 - earliest start -20:00 - Latest finish - 43 week contract
Salary: £38,000

Key responsibilities
* Providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and teamwork
* Provide a positive and efficient work environment while overseeing scheduling, task delegation, and performance reviews
* Oversee the preparation of high-quality meals, ensuring consistency, presentation, and compliance with dietary requirements
* Maintain standards for food safety and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations
* Monitor stock levels, manage procurement, and control food costs to align with budgetary requirements
