Salaries - Includes base and service charge plus extra paid overtime!
Hours - Contracted to 40 hours, straight shifts
There are many 5 Star hotels in London but nowhere quite like this. The hotel is a unique combination of splendour and charm with a number of restaurants, Afternoon Tea, private dining and separate bars
I am recruiting for the following roles;
MAIN KITCHEN - Sous Chef 55k, Junior Sous Chef 46k and Chef de Partie 41k
PASTRY KITCHEN - Sous Chef 55k, Junior Sous Chef 46k
RESTAURANT KITCHEN - Senior Chef de Partie 44k, Pastry Senior Chef de Partie 44k
CAF - Chef de Partie 41k
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in a fast paced kitchen environment and proven work stability is a pre requisite
Luxury 5 star hotel experience or Michelin standard would be required
Passion for food and quality products and ingredients
Be a team player with good communication skills
Ability to work in a high pressured environment
Excellent attention to detail
