We have an exciting opportunity for aCommis ChefPastry to join our team.

Exceptional food is an essential ingredient of the Royal Garden Hotel experience and we are currently seeking to recruit aCommis Chef Pastryto provide a consistent standard of food service, under the supervision of those within the Kitchen.

TheCommis Chef Pastrywill help bring to life our restaurant's concept where provenance is a produce driven modern British restaurant where seasonality is celebrated in comfort and style. Cooking is heartfelt, wholesome and we treat our beautiful ingredients with the respect and care that they deserve! From farm to fork!

TheCommis Chef'skey responsibilities:

• To be aware at all times of the agreed standards of food preparation and service;
• To ensure that the service is properly set up and on time for each service period;
• To fill out production charts for each shift and ensure that all mise en place is completed before service;
• To carry out regular checks on food to ensure proper rotation and storage (all items to be covered with cling film, dated and labelled);
• To keep a clean kitchen
