Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all pastries meet luxury standards for taste and presentation

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen.
- Track and manage pastry inventory, reporting shortages.
- Support menu development with creative input for new items.
- Train and mentor junior staff in pastry techniques.
- Ensure timely production of pastries for service
- Conduct quality checks on all finished products
- Assist in pastry preparation under the guidance of senior chefs.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a luxury or premium environment.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing or supervising a team.
- Creativity and a passion for innovation in pastry, with excellent attention to detail in both taste and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, maintaining high standards at all times.
- A positive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for mentoring and supporting junior chefs.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
