Job title: Demi Chef de Partie (DCP)
Location: Central London
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5 straight shifts
Start date: Immediate start
I'm currently looking to recruit a Demi Chef de Partie on behalf of my client, a renowned private members club in Central London known for its fine dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within your designated section
- Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
- Help maintain a clean and efficient work environment
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of fine dining
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a fine dining environment
- Strong passion for cooking with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
- MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 5 straight shifts (early shift or afternoon/evening shift)
