This is a remarkable opportunity for an ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to develop their skills in a high-end, vibrant kitchen, working alongside some of the industrys finest chefs.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the kitchen team, supporting the Chef de Partie in delivering exceptional dishes that celebrate the rich and diverse flavours of South America. Youll be involved in preparing high-quality, fine dining dishes from scratch, using the best seasonal ingredients and working with exclusive suppliers.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2 years experience in a renowned kitchen, ideally with exposure to South American cuisine

A genuine enthusiasm for food, with strong knife skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while supporting your team

A desire to further develop your culinary skills and grow within the industry.
