The Restaurant
Kinkallyis an upscale modern Georgian restaurant concept on Charlotte Street, in the culinary heart of Fitzrovia.

The menu, developed by the Micheline guide recommended Executive Chef David Chelidze, puts khinkali, a Georgian dumpling with a striking, twisted form, on a pedestal while looking beyond the confines of the countrys border to pull in influences from across Europe, Asia and the Middle-East.

Its subterranean cocktail den Bar Kinky is led by Andrew Pruts, from the team behind Insider Bar, reaching #13 on World's 50 Best Bars list.

The design has been carefully curated by award winning architects.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate Demi Chef / Chef de Partie to join our young and ambitious team and help us grow the concept into a multi-location award-winning success.

  • Cook and present dishes to Executive Chef's standards
  • Work with the Executive Chef to innovate and create dishes that reflect your previous experience
  • Maintain top food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.
  • Engage with guests: having a "Chef's Table" element, we will expect Chefs to interact with guests and promote the menu and brand

Key Qualifications

  • Proven 1-3 years experience
  • Interest and experience in multiple cuisines would be advantageous to contribute to our "fusion" concept
  • Creativity and passion for gastronomy
  • Great organisational and time management skills
