Duties and responsibilities related totheDim Sum Chef de Partie role

  • Creating and following traditional recipes, while also being innovative with new dim sum creations.
  • Utilizing traditional Chinese cooking techniques, such as steaming, frying, and baking, specific to dim sum preparation.
  • Collaborating with the head chef andrestaurant management to design and update the dim sum menu.
  • Managing the dim sum station and ensuring it operatessmoothly and efficiently.
  • Introducing new dim sum items and seasonal specials to keep the menu exciting and diverse.

About you

Proventrack recordand experience in high-end Chinese cuisine is essential.Excellent knowledge of food trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
