Amazing opportunity within this brand new premium contract catering site for a highly skilled and driven Executive Chef. In the heart of The City of London, working for one of the UK's leading contract caterers.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 10 Chef's, catering for up to 500 people on a daily basis. With an incredibly demanding client there is no margin for error, and strong man management skills are essential in this role due to the high pressured environment. The staff restaurant covers cuisines from all over the world and caters for up to 500 covers per day, so requires a Chef that has high volume experience and that truly loves food. Alongside this the site also has a busy hospitality kitchen that have a strong focus on fine dining and bowl food.

The ideal Executive Chef needs to have previous contract catering experience, or from within a similar environment with high standards of food preparation
