About the RoleAs Executive Chef, you will:
- Lead and train a team of 30 chefs across ten sites, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence in execution.
- Be hands-on and proactive, actively involved in daily kitchen operations to maintain the highest standards.
- Innovate the menu by enhancing signature dishes and introducing creative new offerings that align with the brands balance of indulgence and well-being.
- Manage multi-site operations, ensuring smooth execution beyond a traditional restaurant or hotel setup.
- Collaborate with the Central Production Unit (CPU) to optimize processes, maintain quality control, and enhance efficiency.
- Attract and retain top talent, building a high-performing culinary team and identifying new talent where needed.
- A seasoned Executive Chef or a highly experienced Head Chef ready to step into a larger role.
- A leader with multi-site experience, particularly in fast-paced, high-volume café or casual dining operations.
