We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Executive Head Chef with extensive experience in fine dining and events to oversee the kitchen operation in an exclusive boutique hotel.
As Executive Chef you will:
Lead and inspire a team of 12 kitchen staff
Maintain a calm and organized approach in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Oversee all culinary operations, including menu planning and quality assurance
Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure the financial success of the kitchen
You should be:
A classically trained Executive Chef
Have strong leadership and motivational skills to guide and develop your team
Excellent organizational abilities and a calm demeanor
A proven track record of effective financial management in a kitchen setting
