We are looking for someone ideally with experience as a gelato maker but this is not essential. WE ae happy to look at a strong, confident pastry chef looking for a change, and who works well under pressure.
Working 40 hours a week from 8am - 4pm, 5 days a week. In the busy summer months you will be required to work every weekend, but this is more flexible in the quieter months.
This role is full time all year round.
1 months' annual leave in December/ January
