Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced gelato chef to join a busy establishment in South West London.
The position requires at least 2 years of experience as a gelato maker and the ability to work well under pressure.
The role involves high-volume daily gelato production and requires working 40 hours a week from 8am to 4pm, 5 days a week.
During the busy summer months, weekend work is required, while flexibility is offered in quieter months.
This full-time position starts on February 1st and includes 1 month of annual leave in November/December.

We are looking for an experienced gelato chef to join a busy establishment in South West London. you will be responsible for high volume daily gelato production.

We are looking for someone ideally with experience as a gelato maker but this is not essential. WE ae happy to look at a strong, confident pastry chef looking for a change, and who works well under pressure.

Working 40 hours a week from 8am - 4pm, 5 days a week. In the busy summer months you will be required to work every weekend, but this is more flexible in the quieter months.

This role is full time all year round.

1 months' annual leave in December/ January

This role is for a 1st Feb start
