This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Executive Chef with one of our contract catering clients based in London with travel when required. The Group Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing culinary operations, menu planning, kitchen management, staff training, and ensuring high-quality food standards across multiple establishments.
Qualifications
- Experience in overseeing culinary operations for multiple establishments
- Creative approach to food presentation and menu development
- Experience operating as an Executive Chef within the high-end contract catering sector and fine dining
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is a plus
- Formal culinary education and relevant certifications
