We are looking for an up and coming Senior Sous Chef looking to make the step up to their first Head Chef role!
We are supporting a long standing client for their latest opening who have a solid track record of developing Chefs in a structured, but creative environment.
As Head Chef, you will be managing the kitchen and ensuring that every dish is of the highest quality. You will be responsible for managing & developing the kitchen team, creating menus and controlling the costs in the department. You will also be responsible for all the admin work as well as maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. An excellent salary package of between £50,000 & £60,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.
