- Salary £65K
- Bonus based on food cost, hygiene audits and payroll
This property has a restaurant that serves high valum breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas, and dinner. With a fresh food brasserie style menu. There is also banqueting of up to 250 covers. All operated from a separate kitchen.
As you will be responsible for the management and development of a brigade of 17. You will need to consistently change menus on a seasonal basis. Plus, maintain food hygiene standards and achieve food cost.
For this Head Chef role you must have experience of quality four star hotels large High valume to at least Head Chef level. You must also be able to demonstrate a history of large volume Hotel.
With kitchen investment signed off. This is a good time to be joining to design and influence the refurbishment.
