Salary: 40,000 plus bonus up to 3k

Restaurant Size: 60 covers per service and events

Contracted Hours: 45 per week

I have teamed up with a great restaurant and bar group who specialize in small bars with an events led food menu. They have a great reputation and are targeting new openings.

This site has a food focus on innovative bar food during the week and brunch on the weekends.

We are looking for a head chef that can run a small team and can happily work alone on the quiet days.

This would suit a head chef from a branded brunch restaurant or events business, someone that knows good canape and bowl food and can be creative.

Ideally you will have experience in managing rotas, menu planning, stock control, ordering, budgets and good with systems and excel.
