As the Head Chef, you will manage the kitchen's daily operations and menu development. Your responsibilities will include overseeing stock control, placing orders, and ensuring top-notch food preparation and presentation. Key Requirements:
- Experience in French and Mediterranean cooking, preferably with a focus on modern French bistro cuisine.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar setting.

- Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage a busy kitchen.
- Experience in training, developing, and inspiring a kitchen team.
- Solid understanding of financial management, scheduling, wage control, and P&L oversight.
