This is an exciting opportunity for a culinary professional with a passion for fine dining and a proven track record at 2AA/3AA Rosette-level establishments, with a focus on French and British cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full management of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
• Menu development, showcasing creativity while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Leadership and development of the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Execution of table-side plating for select dishes, requiring a flair for presentation.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in high-end French or British restaurants (2AA/3AA Rosette level).
