Key Responsibilities:
- Full menu control, showcasing your expertise in seasonal, high-quality British cuisine.
- Overseeing all kitchen operations, from prep to service, maintaining impeccable food safety and hygiene standards.
- Training and mentoring a dedicated team, fostering a professional yet approachable kitchen culture.
- Collaborating on bespoke menus for high-profile events and partnerships.
- Managing kitchen administration, including menu planning, cost control, and team schedules.
