One of Chelsea's premium dining destinations is seeking an experienced Head Chef to join a dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant renowned for its ever-evolving British menu with seasonal, fresh ingredients.
As Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the kitchen, maintaining high standards, and helping to innovate the team. Delivering exceptional food experiences and ensuring consistency across the entire food operation.
What we would LOVE from you:
- Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced, high-quality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of staying calm and effective under pressure.
- A genuine passion for creating outstanding dishes and delivering an unforgettable dining experience.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, following a 4-day on, 3-day off rota.
