We are excited to announce the opening of a new neighbourhood restaurant and are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team. Head Chef key responsibilities:
- Full 360 Kitchen Operations, take charge of every aspect of the kitchen, from crafting breakfast and brunch dishes to designing light lunches and evening meals.
- Collaborate with our Executive Chef to create innovative, seasonal, and exciting dishes that reflect the restaurants identity.
- Oversee kitchen financials, ensuring profitability through effective cost control while upholding the highest standards of food quality and safety compliance.
- Train, mentor, and manage the kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and creativity.

- Mondays & Tuesdays: 8am - 5pm
- Wednesdays to Sundays: open until 10pm
