- Covers: 50+ for regular service, plus Private Dining Room (PDR) and events catering

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a high-end setting
- Strong background in events catering, with the ability to deliver tailored menus and exceptional service.
- Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 12 chefs.
- Expertise in modern European cuisine with a creative and innovative approach to menu development
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.
