The Role
You will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional dishes while mentoring a talented team. With creative input into menu development, you'll uphold the restaurant's reputation for innovative and authentic cuisine.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring consistent high-quality dishes.
- Develop seasonal menus and embrace culinary trends.
- Manage stock, ordering, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and develop kitchen staff.
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- Strong understanding of Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
