Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of innovative and seasonal menus
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimise kitchen efficiency
- Collaborate with suppliers to source the finest quality ingredients
- Uphold the restaurant's reputation for exceptional food quality and service
- Continuously strive to enhance the dining experience and exceed guest expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in fine dining establishments, Michelin starred restaurants, or private members clubs
- Extensive knowledge of Italian and British cuisine
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence
