At this site, youll have autonomy to lead the kitchen operations, with light-touch support from our Executive Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver innovative, seasonal menus showcasing locally sourced ingredients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team with varied skill levels to achieve excellence.
Oversee all kitchen operations, including stock management, scheduling, and health and safety compliance.
Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and consistency.
Partner with the front-of-house team to create a seamless guest experience.

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience as a Head Chef, ideally in a rosette or similar high-standard establishment.
A proven track record in creative menu development.
Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills to inspire and develop your team.
A collaborative, guest-focused mindset to elevate the dining experience.
