WhoAre We Looking For
We arelooking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our small kitchenteam. The ideal person will take immense pride in their craft and leadershipskills and be committed to the growth of the gelateria and its offerings. Thisrole requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaininghigh standards of food safety and quality.
Youwould love your application if youre an accomplished head chef with:
Extensive experience in gelato production, with a minimum of 5 years in a headchef or snr sous role
Strong commitment to strict health and safety standards, cleaning processes andHACCP
Apassion for gelato and desserts
Theability to lead and mentor a team
Proven track record in developing new flavours and products
Experience inmanaging all aspects of kitchen operations, includingordering, approving invoices, supplier management, controlling gross profit,and overseeing pricing and costing strategy
