HEAD CHEF for newly opened seafood Italian restaurant in central London
- Contract type: Full time (48hrs per week)
- Salary: up to 70,000 Per Annum (Dependant on Experience)

Inspired by Italys classic osterias, we celebrate authentic Italian flavours and the seas
bounty in every detail. Natural wood, stone, and maritime touches create an inviting
coastal atmosphere, while our open kitchen adds a lively, interactive element.
Its time to expand the family, therefore we are now looking for our new Head Chef to
join our family.
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality food following our Companys standards.
- You will play a key role in menu development
- You will be responsible for maintaining our health and safety standards in thekitchen.
- You will manage the overall kitchen operation, including prep schedules, stockcontrol, budgeting and maintenance, as well as the day-to-day management ofthe kitchen team.
You need to have:
- Strong previous experience as a Head Chef, specialising in seafood, fish andMediterranean style cooking (min 5 years)
- Ability to add the contemporary twist to the classic seafood coastal Italian recipes
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train and motivate the entireteam;
- Able to manage staff costs, scheduling and reviewing staff rotas;
- Strengths in finances, purchasing and menu costing;
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.
