As Head Chef, youll be at the forefront of delivering consistently exceptional, high-quality dishes and innovative specials. Collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, Kemal Demirasal you will play a pivotal role in shaping our menu and driving creativity. Youll oversee all kitchen operations, including prep schedules, stock management, budgeting, and maintaining equipment, as well as leading and managing the kitchen team on a daily basis.
Were looking for someone with:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-caliber restaurant.
A strong understanding of trends and seasonal ingredients.
Exceptional creativity and attention to detail in culinary execution.
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and inspire a kitchen team.
Expertise in managing staff costs, schedules, and reviewing team rotas.
Solid skills in financial management, purchasing, and menu costing.
A thorough knowledge of health and safety protocols, compliance, and kitchen procedures.
