Head Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with management to develop innovative dishes and refine culinary practices.
- Maintain high standards of consistency and quality in dish preparation and mise en place.
- Oversee stock rotation, inventory management, and quality control.
- Uphold the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Head Chef We Are Looking for Will:
- Have prior experience as a Head Chef, ideally in the hotel or luxury hospitality sector.
- Demonstrate advanced culinary skills with at least Level 3 Food Safety certification.
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and possess strong leadership qualities.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Foster strong relationships and effective communication across departments.
- Thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
