This group operates several high-performing, high-profile restaurants in stunning locations around London and are looking for an Head Chef to join one of their high end concepts. This stunning operation is multi-faceted with a strong high end Japanese.
The Head Chef will work directly with the senior leadership team who are investing heavily in the businesses. You will be charged with full creativity of the menus, and being a strong leader you will train and inspire your team members to deliver the highest quality of food & hygiene.
