Were looking for a Head Chef to join a newly opened social dining venue in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Recently opened in January of this year, its the first launch of the brand in planned rollout of the concept across the region. The venue has a large 300 seat restaurant and serves small plates in a range of cuisines.
Were looking for a proactive, passionate Head Chef, able to work with the owners in developing profitable menus, while leading and mentoring junior team members to consistently deliver on the dishes. To be considered for the role youll need experience in leading teams to deliver high standards, managing a high volume kitchen, and be able to provide two references from previous employers. The ideal candidate will be looking to grow inside the company and further develop their career. Its a particularly exciting opportunity to launch a new young brand in a new region and the challenge of then expanding it.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is growing at an amazing rate across all sectors, and the hospitality industry is at the heart of the plans. Like its neighbour Dubai, there are a large numberof expats in the country, and the growth is just beginning in KSA (there is already over 1,000,000 expats in the country) and Jeddah has the biggest international community in the country. The salary for the position is up to approximately £4,200 pm (Tax free)health care is provided as well as a trip home per year is also included. Accommodation is not provided for the role, however the Groups HR team can assist with helping the successful candidate with all things relocation. We work with the group and their partners to provide full visa services to successfulcandidates.
