Our Restaurant is local to the families in the area, joining us for some homestyle BBQ. We are even flying in 2 tonnes smokers for our Pit room straight from the States but with even more openings to come, nothing is impossible for all of us here at Big Easy.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to join our busy and highly successful kitchen team. Our high profile restaurants, serve authentic BBQ with an emphasis on quality ingredients and homestyle cooking.

Working closely to teach, train and monitor the team are all main responsibilities, you will ensure exceptional standards and quality of each dish is delivered. You will oversee the day to day running of the kitchen. Within the kitchen you will be responsible for all areas of labour control, food cost control and waste management. Standards are an essential part of this place.

We've gotta say - this is a high volume restaurant serving up to 250 covers daily so experience dealing with this volume and pace but still delivering great food consistently is a must.

You should have the ability to remain cool under pressure, and work at a fast pace whilst demonstrating exceptional attention to detail ensuring that every dish is perfect.
