Role Overview:
Lead and manage a team of 16-17 chefs.
Oversee breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Design and execute menus with fresh, on-site grown ingredients.
Coordinate banqueting and events.
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in high-end venue is essential
Energetic, adaptable, and passionate about Modern British cuisine.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
