We are recruiting a HEADCHEF for Supermarket of Dreams and Notting Hill Fish & Meat Shop to oversee the production and development of our in-house takeaway range as well as the cook-at-home category for all sites. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven chef who is excited about product development using the very best ingredients and working with seasonal changes.
The role will be based out of Supermarket of Dreams in Holland Park where we have just invested in a brand new kitchen setup allowing us to grow our already successful production and development category. You will lead a small team of chefs producing a wide range of dishes and will be expected to continually develop and launch new items to sell through Supermarket of Dreams and Notting Hill Fish & Meat Shop.

- Very generous salary package based on experience
- 45-50 hours per week (no doubles or nights)
- Monday to Friday. As explained earlier, there may be instances when the schedule may differ but will not be without prior notice and agreement
