We have a great opportunity for a passionate Head Chef, who will join our clients Gastro Pub operation based in Islington.
The Gastro Pub is popular with the local clientele and the ideal Head Chef will work with a kitchen team including 7 Chefs serving organic, seasonal British/European cuisine
Please note, if interested in the Head Chef role only apply if you want to work with Organic and Seasonal Produce.
The Head Chef will work for a group including 3 Gastro Pubs and Restaurants, there are lots of opportunities for progression and give an input with the menu design.
My client will also consider a strong Sous Chef wanting to progress to his /her 1st Head Chef role.
Head Chef Benefits:
Salary package of £50,000 per year
Plus £4,000 bonus per year and paid quarterly
