An opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a popular restaurant in London, which is part of a reputable group.
The restaurant has an all-day dining menu and serves seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is produced in house. Youd be leading a kitchen team of 10, overseeing services of up to 200 covers + PDR functions.
The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the GP, ordering, stock control, recruitment and development of the junior Chefs. Youll work closely with the wider management team to contribute directly to continued success and excellent reputation.
Desired skills and attributes:
Previous experience as a Head Chef within a busy restaurant
A passion for Mediterranean/Italian cuisine
Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety
Good financial acumen
A positive leader who will promote a sense of collaboration
