About the Role
A new 100+ cover restaurant will be opening in the N1 area in the coming months. As Head Chef, youll be instrumental in the overall running of the open planned kitchen, helping to ensure the exceptional standards and building an excellent reputation.
This role would be a huge draw for a passionate foodie who has an interest in sustainability, innovative flavour combinations and fermentation.

The Person
Someone who has held a Head Chef role within produce driven restaurants and experience with opening a new restaurant would be beneficial, yet not essential.
You'll need to creative, using modern techniques to showcase ingredients from select suppliers, through regularly changing menus.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 10-15 Chefs. Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
