We serve Basque inspired tapas and pintxo dishes prepared by a highly professional team of chefs, using the best quality, seasonal ingredients.
About the Role
This is an incredibly exciting and rewarding opportunity for a chef who comes from a food focused background, and have a friendly, positive attitude. The kitchen is well organized and delivers the best dishes to our guests.
You must be a passionate and talented individual who can remain calm and in control under pressure, with the ability to work in a small team of chefs at fast pace, maintain good supplier relationships and all Health & Safety in the kitchen
Main Responsibilities
Manage and control purchasing and wastage of food products to control the cost of food sales
Run the kitchen and manage staff independently
Ensure the monthly stock take is completed accurately and within the deadline
Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth service
Monitor standards of hygiene to ensure the highest standards are maintained
Report key points to the Exec Chef and Operations Manager weekly
