LARDO is an established contemporary Italian restaurant in London Fields, our innovative approach to food and wine has cemented us as a destination restaurant and neighbourhood favourite.


We're looking for a Head Chef with a playful approach to food and flavour who can help us continue to evolve and explore new ways to twist classics, surprise guests and build our reputation both close to home and further afield.

What We Are Looking for

  • Experience - at least 3 years in a similar role and a proven track record of successful menu development. A broad food knowledge with a passion for contemporary Italian cuisine.

  • Leadership - you'll be a strong, kind leader with the ability to motivate, develop and guide the team to deliver the best at for our customers and each other

  • Budgets - confident management of the P&L, GP, costings, wage budgeting and purchases

  • Suppliers - the ability to negotiate prices direct from suppliers and source new produce from market innovators

  • Menu Development - drive our offer forward with fresh ideas, seasonal menus and events to build reputation for the long-term

  • Flexibility + Work-life Balance - we open 7 days a week, with weekend brunch from Jan 2025 offering shift variability for team.
