We are recruiting for a talented Head Pastry Chef to oversee all pastry operations across multiple outlets. Creating desserts for fine dining, casual dining and events
You will have proven experience as an Executive or Head Pastry Chef in a 5-star hotel
You should shave strong management skills, able to manage and inspire a team of pastry chefs
You will be responsible for designing innovative pastry menus ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and flavour of all pastries across outlets.
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen including inventory management, and cost control.
Based on 48 hour contract
