We are looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Head Pastry Chef for a fine dining restaurant in central London. Managing a team of 3 pastry chefs, you will be fully responsible for the pastry kitchen, training staff, menus, rotas, costing, ordering etc. You will have complete autonomy on the dessert menu.

We are ideally looking for a Pastry Senior Sous Chef looking for their first Head Pastry Chef role. You should have experience in fine dining restaurants Senior Sous level.

This role offers a great work life balance as the restaurant is closed on Sundays, 6 weeks annual leave and all bank holidays off.
