We are looking for a Head Pastry Chef for a Latin American restaurant in Central London.

You will be responsible for overseeing the pastry section, managing a team of 6 - 7 pastry chefs.

Offering a small dessert menu focused on South/ Latin American flavours, experience in a similar environment will be beneficial.

Contracted to 45 hours a week.
