Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute an innovative dessert menu, showcasing seasonal ingredients.
- Oversee all pastry production, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
- Mentor and train junior pastry staff, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management team to create a cohesive dining experience.
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
