This successful establishment offers aAsian/Mediterranean fusion cuisinewithOmakazein a high volume setting. You will be managing a large brigade of chefs, work with SOPs, revenue target and costing, and menu development.
A salary of circa $150,000 per annumas well as a generous Medical care contribution and various other benefits are on offer for the right candidate. You must be able to relocate, everything will be provided for you (visa, flights, etc).
The company group has a very reputable name therefore ideally you will have excellentunderstanding of Asian, Japanese, and Mediterranean cuisine. High volume experience is ideal, and also haveworked in 1* or 2* Michelin Star restaurants.
