Description

  • Support the development, innovation, and execution of menus and culinary styles across retail, hospitality, executive dining, cafés, events, and other catering services to meet the needs of clients, customers, and the executive team.
  • Demonstrate financial responsibility by ensuring accurate costing, stock management, and menu planning.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in alignment with company policies.
  • Integrate the companies and clients' Wellness, CSR, and ESG principles into the food offerings, collaborating with the marketing team to promote a well-being-focused approach.
