Boxcar Bar & Grill, a neighbourhood hub in the heart of Marylebone, is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chefto join our dedicated kitchen team. Our focus on charcoal grilling brings a unique and flavourful touch to every dish we serve.

Responsibilities of a Junior Sous Chef:

Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes everyone works across all sections.
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards of food quality.
Support the delivering of excellent guest experiences.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
Uphold health and safety regulations.
