Job Description: Junior Sous Chef – 3 Michelin Star Restaurant
Location: Central London
Salary: £48,620 per year + Service Charge + Paid Overtime
Hours: 48 hours per week (5 double shifts; overtime likely around 60 hours total)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Support menu development and execution, maintaining the restaurant's 3 Michelin Star standards.
- Mentor and train junior chefs, upholding excellence across all sections.
- Oversee mise en place preparation and ensure exceptional quality during service.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations to the highest standard.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Michelin-starred experience is essential, ideally within a 2 or 3 Michelin Star restaurant.
- Exceptional culinary skills, creativity, and a passion for fine dining.
- Dedication and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work 5 double shifts weekly, with paid overtime for additional hours.
- Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to team development.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
